What we collect and why
- Enquiries: if you use our form or email us, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can reply.
- Our AI agents: if you talk to an agent on our website or ring our demo line, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, along with any details you give and the number you call from. We use this to run the demo, follow up if you ask us to, and improve our agents. By continuing, you consent to this.
Our agents are AI, not people. Niamh at Ardcarraig House Hotel is a demonstration: the hotel isn't real and no bookings are made. Please don't share payment or other sensitive details.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days
- Call log notes: up to 12 months
- Enquiries: up to 2 years
- Client and accounting records: 6 years, as Irish tax law requires
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email enquire@letsa.ie. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
